The advisor received from me a photo of the damage and agreed this might happen by accident and did not appear to be done maliciously. The specialist now has to reach out to the third level of support and ask where in the terms and conditions this would be excluded.

With the care specialist, we looked through the terms and conditions updated in September of 2022 and could find nothing, excluding the bottom aluminum body of my 2019 Macbook Pro. In this case, only a complete replacement would remedy the problem. The advanced specialist contacted the repair center, to which they responded the bottom of the Macbook Pro could not be replaced (Likely to the fact Apple glues everything to the bottom). Today I received my Macbook Pro back from Apple for a second time.
